On Fried Chicken

I guess I watch too many cooking shows. I was inspired to fry some boneless chicken thighs. They didn’t come out at all. I’m used to skinning and baking chicken in an oven. Don’t get hit with hot grease that way. Well hubby and I didn’t eat it although we tried. Son did…he’s home today getting over a stomach ache. Never again to fried chicken.

According to a new Pew study, increasing your earning potential may require literally moving on up: If you aim to climb the income ladder in the United States, your best bet might be to move north and east—and definitely stay out of the south.

We moved from So.Calif.(where everything is expensive) to Arkansas.Tons of jobs,affordable ,and a right to work state-means jobs before padding union pockets. It great;go on up north where unemployment has been the norm for decades now!
